Our sleeves are generally water-resistant. However, we'd like to clarify at here that the water-resistant nature only valid on the on-top surface and on-bottom surface of the surface. The zipper itself is not water-resistant.

Yes, you’ll be given a tracing code once your order was mailed out. You may wish to trace your orders at the respective carriers service providers. Unless otherwise stated, we'll be using Singapore Post as our carrier. You may trace your item with the link here.

Please note that his is not valid if you've opted for normal postage for certain items.

Local shipping time estimated to be 2-3 days. It generally takes around 7 days for processing.

International Shipping time varies with countries. Below is a list of estimated delivery times. You might want to send us a email to enquiry about shipping cost and time to your country.

We accept Paypal or Credit Card Payment for international purchases.

There will be an additional charge on top of your order for international purchases (2.4% + S$0.50 to 3.4% + S$0.50 service fee which Paypal charges).

We do not encourage payment through Cheque or Money Order as it is time consuming.  We have 3 major local bank accounts for your convenience in doing the transfer. If you insist, please contact us by email and we'll provide you the address to mail your cheque/ money order.

No. As the configuration is different, we'll not be able to provide add-on pocket or handle.

The purpose of having a flat internal part of the sleeve is to protect your glossy laptop surface from scratches. Having a pocket in the internal part may make itself uneven, resulting possible in-held scratches. Sewing Seams that are present might also causes scratches. Thus, we do not offer this service.
